By chance I found a new TV programm that seems very interesting called:
It will start with one of the most famous Italian chef at the moment…Massimo Bottura, of Osteria Francescana in Modena. The most important chefs from all over the world will meet each other and will talk about how and where to buy fresh ingredients, recipes, the philosophy behind the dishes, culture and tradition of their home country. Just Amazing! People that spent their life for food will share their experience with the audience.
